Logistics

Taking the bus is the easiest way to reach Masindi town from Kampala, the capital of Uganda. There are Link Buses that go from Kampala to Masindi about every 3-4 hours. Once you reach Masindi town, then you can get a driver for the 25-minute drive into Kikuube. I wouldn’t suggest using taxi system. They are alway crowded and make stops every 5 minutes.

Transportation Fares:
Kampala to Masindi: 20,000 – 25,000 UGX – Link Buses
Masindi to Kikuube: 40,000 UGX – Private driver
If you are coming in a group, it would be cheaper to share a ride. It is the same cost

Room rates: 50,000 – 100,000 UGX

Siraj Lodge & Internet Cafe
internet, restaurant, affordable, clean rooms, pool table
Room rates: 20,000 – 40,000 UGX
